Grady Sizemore love apparently runs deeper than the disturbing "ladies" who faithfully sit in near centerfield as well as normal Tribe fans abroad. Hey, even
these guys could be counted into this category unless they now root for Atlanta!
This week Grady graces the cover of Sports Illustrated. The article, written by SI senior baseball writer Tom Verducci, hails Sizemore as one of "one of the greatest players of our generation."
I'm sure we'll have to read the article to see who the hell said that, but in a NON-FANTASY baseball sense, I can buy into that. Along with Jose Reyes and a few others, Sizemore is among the new breed (i.e. post-'roids...allegedly) of players with some serious game. Time will tell if he matches the hype, but he's off to a hell of a start so far.
